The pages was loading fine, search was simple, and checkout looked clear enough. I didn’t get turned around like I do on some other bike sites, so it was a smooth experience overall

I wanted this to be the answer to all my sweaty struggles, and while it does breathe better than some other options, the drama isn’t fully over. I still get a bit sweaty wearing it, just not as bad as I expected

I was trying to order a pair of bike shorts from Terry Bicycles and the product descriptions felt bare, like I kept clicking around hoping there would be more detail but the sizing info was confusing and the fabric descriptions didn’t really tell me enough so I kind of had to guess.
For what they’re charging I expected better photos and clearer info, especially with something like bike shorts where fit and material matter a lot, and by the end I just didn’t feel confident ordering at all which made the whole shopping experience frustrating.

They usually have what I need in stock, which is always helpful. Every now and then something might be missing, but it’s not a big deal since most of the basics are there

I’ve bought from them a few times now, and the quality don’t feel super consistent. One pair fit great and the stitching looked solid, but the next one felt cheaper and was sized kind of weird. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but for the price I just wish the quality was more reliable

I had to send back a pair of shorts because they didn’t fit quite right. The return process was easy, and I was surprised my refund showed up just a few days after they received it. I’m taking off one star only because I had to keep an eye on the tracking myself, but it wasn’t a big deal overall

I got this saddle from Terry Bicycles thinking it might finally solve the issue I was having on longer rides, especially after the other one. It seemed like a good option at the time, and ordering it was easy enough.

At first, I thought it might be okay, but after maybe 30 minutes, the same pressure and soreness started showing up again. I messed with the angle and height a few times, like I’d been told before, but it never really got comfortable for me.
Shipping was totally fine and I didn’t have any problems with the website or anything like that. It just comes down to comfort, and for the price, I expected it to feel better. Maybe it’s great for someone else, but it wasn’t the right fit for me.

My order showed up with one of the items different from what I actually picked, which was frustrating. It kind of threw off the whole experience and made something that should’ve been simple feel annoying. I expected better, and it left me feeling really disappointed.

The box was nice and sturdy, and even though there was a small dent, everything inside arrived perfectly fine. Overall, really happy with how it was packaged!

It does help a bit, but I still end up getting sore after a while. Is it better than nothing?? Yeah, definitely. But did it totally fix the problem?? Not really.

I really wanted to like these, but they just didn’t have the support or compression I was expecting. They started feeling loose quickly, and on longer rides they weren’t that comfortable for me. Maybe they’d work better for someone who likes a lighter fit, but compared to other pairs I’ve tried... I don’t know, I just expected more for the price. Disappointing.

I’ve ordered from Terry a handful of times over the years, usually when I’m replacing something I’ve worn out or when I randomly decide I need one more cycling top, which is usually after cleaning out my closet and realizing I own too many old ones. I’ve never really felt nervous buying from them. The website is straightforward, and what shows up has always been what I expected.

The thing I probably appreciate most is that the brand feels consistent. I generally know what I’m getting, even if sizing can be a little tricky for me depending on the style. I’ve had to return something before, and it wasn’t a huge hassle, which matters to me because I really don’t enjoy dealing with returns unless I absolutely have to.

I’m giving 4 stars mainly because I wish the shipping updates were clearer. Sometimes I felt like I was checking back more than I should have, especially when I was trying to plan around being home for a delivery. That said, I still trust Terry and would order from them again.

I’ve had a hard time finding a bike that actually feels comfortable for my body, but this one fits me really well. I think it’ll depend on your height and riding style, but for me, the fit feels natural and comfortable

My bike showed up much later than it was supposed to, and I barely got any clear updates while I was waiting. It was frustrating having to keep checking without knowing what was going on. for the delay and lack of communication, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a shipping refund
